MEET TAMMY & KILEY
Tammy Scudder
Once a corporate success, Tammy Scudder’s life shifted after personal tragedy and poor decisions led to incarceration. Behind bars, she found strength, healing, and a renewed purpose. After reentering society, Tammy founded the Indiana Reentry Corporation to help justice-impacted individuals—especially women—rebuild their lives. She now advocates for mental health, second chances, and turning life’s hardest moments into lasting change.

Kiley Doll
Kiley Doll is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of Wings of Growth (WOG) and Business in a Box (BIB), committed to empowering justice-impacted women. She provides mentorship, business training, and confidence-building to help women break free from low-wage cycles and rebuild their lives. Kiley’s mission is to equip women with the tools, mindset, and support needed to achieve financial independence and rise beyond their past.

Valerie Juillerat
Valerie Juillerat is an international speaker, award-winning author, and founder of Lessons of the Heart Ministries. Through her books, including Finding Hope When Storms Don’t Cease—recipient of the International Impact Award—Valerie inspires hope and resilience. She is also VP and co-owner of EPCO Accounting & Tax Services, serves on the board of Chandelle Global Education, and leads in Wisdom Word International. Valerie lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana with her husband and two adult sons.

Kelly Young is a storyteller, PR strategist, and advocate for women’s empowerment. As the founder of Baise Collective, she has 30+ years in PR, media, and leadership. Host of the Badassery Life podcast, Kelly champions bold, unapologetic women.
